How i can save this?

How can I save a setting in WinUAE. For example, on the ROM tab, how can I save the folder (or path) where the settings are? I tried to set the folder where the ROM settings are, then clicked on the PATHS tab and click at Save, but it did not work. Could someone help me if possible with a tutorial or or something very explanatory. Thanks and sorry if have any wrongs at this, because my native language is portuguese.

Set everything up and then save it as a configuration.... then load the config file you saved each time you start WinUAE (or you can even click on the config file you save to load WinUAE and it will start with your settings loaded).
