Ok, here goes. I am using winuae 0.8.22, only, no workbench or anything like that. I select kickrom 1.3 and turn the chip ram down to 512k and the slow ram up to 512k. The screen now turns black and freezes

When the screen seems to freeze, press the fire button (Right Ctrl in my config) and the game should start.

I got it working, thanks, but I shouldnt have bothered with it, the charachter moves too fast - faster than the pc version, put it that way

Is that the trilogy release?

i.e it has a 2 lines fading red to black.

It has a trainer that only seems to work on certain kickstarts/chipsets.

I never checked this out first time around, I had Chuckie Egg on the BBC Micro which rocked big time.

This version on the Amiga whilst graphically quite ok for the age of the game, the controls are just horrible.

Maybe because I'm playing it on keyboard through WinUAE, but it just doesn't respond like the BBC version.

I find Chukie Egg 1 in IPF format. But i have a Amiga500 and i would like to play this on it. But its harder to find It in ADF format. Someone who have this game in this format can help me and upload it in the Zone ? It was great.

Try and copy the IPF using XCopy in winuae

there is a small, small, small chance it might NOT be copy protected (though don't hold your breath

)
