There is a similar program called Robocode that people may want to have a look at. It uses Java instead of C however.

Hehehehh CRobots robots were the first C programs I ever wrote, that is how I learnt C :-) A classic and original piece of software.
I have both versions (MS-DOS and Amiga)...unfortunately I don't have the robots I coded, but I am willing to code up a new robot to challenge anyone who is interested...? Re. the stack overflow, have you tried increasing the stack size? Are you starting the game from WB or CLI? I also recall that the maximum size of the robots was 1000 lines of source code, are you trying to exceed that limit? |

Thanks Guede. I saw the program mentioned on a forum once while looking for a tutorial on Java 3D. Forgot the URL though and the name.
