World Construction Set
Searching for WCS V2.04 (or better). It was released around 1996-98, and is supposedly better than VistaPro and Scenery Animator. Any help much appreciated.

Hmmm... I have it installed on my virtual HD but never actually used it.. will see if I can find the disk images!!
Will check toesuck first then my not so tosec comliant collection
