I'm relieved to hear that it works. If you're using a G4, you'll probably need to reduce accuracy to speed it up. On my G5, it runs much faster if I use:

accuracy = 0
video_sync = vblank
video_sync_method = finish-swap-finish

This should be even faster:

accuracy = 0
video_sync = off
video_format = rgb565

That "video_format = rgb565" turns this:

...into this:

(maybe it'll look better if I'm drunk )

hey, i try to edit a config file just right now. Thanks for the hint, i´ll take the lines into my config.

Now, i got a bit of a problem(what else)

I want fs-uae to boot from HD (this already works well), but i am prompeted to insert a Wb3.1 disk (adf file) for installing...

How can i insert a adf (disk) in Df0: when amiga is already running?
I find out, how to do this in the config, but the boot priority falls to the floppy.

Solved.. just configure a floppy image, instead of a drive

And how can i deactivate the drive sounds?!

It *will* probably look better when you're drunk ;-)

I have no idea what causes that image (it works fine here, honestly). It's also weird than one strip is OK. Is this OK strip permanently placed there, or does it move?

Is this corruption always present (with rgb565?), independent on what's running in the Amiga? e.g. on Amiga kickstart screen?

(Could of course be a bug only present with PPC / rgb565, in which case I'll not be able to reproduce it).

Ok, another question:

I try to install Classic WB v27 and it seem to do well. Just a problem with Picasso96: "Could not create 'uaegfx' board. Please check your picasso installation...

Is there a way to solve this and get the display/colors right?

You must enable UAEGfx.card emulation, for example:
Code:
amiga_model = A1200/020
uaegfx_card = 1
(A1200/020 used instead of A1200 to enable 32-bit addressing).

OMMMGGGG it works - it´s alive

Ok, now i must figure out, how to re-size the fs-uae window, to make a higher resolution für ClassicWB fit in

Oh and i want to add: This is a very good piece of software, my respect! Very, very good and easy to use/configure (I just looking at the Docs on the website right now). And you know what? On my 1.67Ghz G4 Powerbook, ClassicWB-Emulation runs of course slower, than on my desktop - but it´s running quiet good and usable !!!

Oh and of course, big thx to mr_a500 for compiling and packing it all together, so it could be used on a ppc mac.

All I did was some half-assed compiling - and I had to bother Frode with questions to get it done right. (...and it's still not quite right)

Save the thanks for Frode Solheim and Toni Wilen.

Oh darn! I see it is for OSX 10.5.8 which is Leopard (i'll take it anyway) but can someone compile it for OSX 10.4 Tiger?
Reason os Leopard is already darn slow on a PowerPC, hence it will slow down FS-UAE
OSX Tiger is alot zippier

@ tlosm

I actually do have Leopard, I have 5 OS's on my Powerbook..... OSX Tiger, OSX Leopard, Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx, Windows XP Professional (Via Virtual PC) and of course Amiga OS via EUAE.
but as I stated above... Leopard is slow..... I think Tiger is the Best OS for PowerPC's and Snow Leopard the Best OS for Intel macs.
These two are really the proper foundations for OSX done right.
I would equate Tiger to Windows XP, and Leopard to Vista and Snow Leopard to Windows 7

now as you know, Vista sucks bigtime.
anyhow...if one supports Tiger, it will likely work for Leopard too....however if one supports only Leopard, it wont work for Tiger....being that there are fewer Powerbook users out there...you kind of want to make sure anything created for them works by supporting a broader OS that might cover both...and that is Tiger.

Remember what the point of FS-UAE is or even emulation....to emulate an Amiga as close as possible....well speed is definitely a factor....and Tiger is way zippier that Leopard.
