apple power mac g5 - now what? (amigaos?, c#?)

hi there

my neighbor gave me his apple power mac g5 when he moved out yesterday :-) - and I don't care about apple, but I know it's powerpc and that's what the amiga developed to while I needed to follow pc (windows on intel) - so my question is:

1. which amiga (related) os should I install on that g5? (download?)

and:

2. is there a way to use c# somehow ? (with mono or something?)

thanks for your ideas!

Wait for morphos, as the g5 version is being worked on. Meanwhile, you can try the differents uae variants and part from that.

Mono does include a C# compiler. I'm sure you won't find a GUI creator anywhere near as user friendly as the one included with VC# though. I have no idea how difficult it would be to compile something with VC# and then run it with Mono, but it's certainly possible.
