apple power mac g5 - now what? (amigaos?, c#?)
hi there
my neighbor gave me his apple power mac g5 when he moved out yesterday :-) - and I don't care about apple, but I know it's powerpc and that's what the amiga developed to while I needed to follow pc (windows on intel) - so my question is: 1. which amiga (related) os should I install on that g5? (download?) and: 2. is there a way to use c# somehow ? (with mono or something?) thanks for your ideas! oliver |

Wait for morphos, as the g5 version is being worked on. Meanwhile, you can try the differents uae variants and part from that.

Mono does include a C# compiler. I'm sure you won't find a GUI creator anywhere near as user friendly as the one included with VC# though. I have no idea how difficult it would be to compile something with VC# and then run it with Mono, but it's certainly possible.
