That one would be perfect if it weren't for the major motion de-interlacing issue (moving objects are really soft and sharpen up when the sprite etc stops moving - it's really really distracting). Component (ypbpr) is simply rgb "rearranged" The quality of component is the same as rgb scart, it doesn't have to scale, or convert anything, it simply adds/subtracts the different colour video signals from each other. Not all tv's will accept the component signal in a direct conversion like this, so no promises to anyone that it will work in their specific application! My scart to component adapter has been slightly modified
