whdload Installer problem
I seem to be the only person on this board who dont know this stuff.
First up, I try to install wdhload and it says cannot open your tool 'installer' now ive installed other things to hdd and never had this trouble b4. So i search here and find i need some installer thingy, so i get it. But that wont install either, same problem. I got no idea what to do with any of this stuff. I read I need to maybe put it in my C: drive on the hdd, well I dont have a C: drive on my amiga (in winuae), just my hdd called 'HDD' Im running workbench from adf, then have a windows folder set as my hdd which has many hdd games already installed. The faq and everywhere i searched has been no help

Installer can be downloaded from Aminet as can most other things you might require.
Check out Paul Green Amiga Alien Guide I think that has WHDload install instructions and is in the FAQ section. You could always just install a pre-configured workbench like AIAB or the more up-to-date ClassicWB. |
