90+ could possibly be done with replaying the levels with the pits in them until your'e at one life, then continuing from there?

Yeh that has to be it.. one of the last pits in the game would be most effective method. I won't be having any more attempts though, will not have the time

AFAIK Life milking is ok, there's no point getting to the end of the game with 15 lives if you don't get any points bonus for doing so, you may as well use them up.

Even with using 20+ lives on the most effective pit. I very much doubt you'll score over 90k? Also you won't have the ball shoot upgrade to kill the last Dragon which is 550 points alone.

Between the stupid heat the UK has today, Formula E, Formula 1 and the Eurovision Song Contest (60th Anniversary!) I completely forgot all about this.
