Remember folks, you'll need to play the game again after getting your score and then die (I got about 200 points so still got on the table - I'm unsure if you need to get a high score or if it will show the table after you die regardless) so you can get a shot of the high score table...

Graham, why do you need to play the game again to see score board?

I enter initials and press fire button to get my name in scoreboard. It sits there (atleast in ADF version) until I press the mouse button to save the score.

FYI: My current 'best' is just over 10K (level 8), so I will hold off posting a screenshot for a few more days...

Yeah I have discovered that's only necessary for the WHD version. It skips straight past and doesn't wait for a mouse button press.

That's why I usually take in-game shots every few levels, that way if it crashes I won't lose much. I hope you have better luck next time

BTW, my current best is now 13,009 (by end of level 8). I have found one (obvious) secret area and some of the secret blocks that give 5 gems (bonuses).

hey guys i got to level 21 again without dying score of 45,369 but once you start the level there is a neverending loop of dying. you fall through the floor and there is an end of level elevator on the 1st screen. WEIRD?

ill post my updated score, but i think we have to move to a different ADF as the one you have said to use may be corrupted at level 21.

im using the ADF ON MY GOTEK ON MY A500

Sorry you've had issues. I must admit I haven't tried the ADFs - I have played the WHD version. The version linked isn't compulsory to play so if there is a better one, hopefully someone will let me know and I'll update the first post.

I had another slight glitch with the ADF, but that might be a game glitch on not an ADF one - actually I lie theres 2 glitches:

- sometimes theres a brief onscreen graphical glitch when enemies die
- on one level you start with blocks directly above you. If you try to destroy them you ened up halfway into the ground!! But you can still jump up!!

I've made it to level 20 yesterday, after discovering that stupid warp to level 20 block on level 16 - it's placed in a place where you will almost always hit it when trying to avoid enemies!! (FYI: there is a warp to level 12 block hidden at the end of level 8!)

I try to avoid the warps because the earlier levels are usually easier

I avoided all warps. Got to lvl 21 which has a major bug. So I'll try another adf when I get time. I had a total of 15 lives at 21
Which were all Forced to die due to the bug

Wow, 65K would have put you top by quite some margin.

I'm just at 30K right now, but am hoping to increase that a little bit so I move further up the leader board before uploading a new picture

It seems there a a lot of dodgy adf's for this game, some crash at level 21, others crash at level 27. Now its time to find a working 100% ADF I can use.? If anyone can help that would be great

I have read from another post that

Great Giana Sisters, The (1988)(Rainbow Arts)[cr HQC][t Skyline].adf
Great Giana Sisters, The (1988)(Rainbow Arts)[cr Skyline][t Skyline].adf 3DF77B8E - There are reports that this one doesn't work @ level 27

are working ones. I will test when I get time.

That happened to me on whd version as well, one of the earlier levels.

@ransom1122
Yeh that's frustrating for you mate, dont give up trying to find 100% copy - your making a nice dent in the scoreboard
