Cinemaware probably just distributed the game in North America. Addictive programmed and released the game in Europe and Australasia.

Cinemaware picked up a handful of games, mostly from Spotlight, for release in the US. The games they didn't actually produce are pretty easy to spot as they don't have that interactive movie thing going on.
