Floppy disk Evesham Reference 40MB SCSI hard drive

Does anybody know where i can download the install disks for the Evesham Reference 40MB SCSI hard drive for the A500, been looking everywhere

Wondering if Evesham Micro's just used scsi.device?

I could be wrong but unlikely they had their own such as GVPscsi etc.

Can you not address the hard drive with HDToolbox or such?

As a matter of interest, what version of Kickstart is your A500 using?

It uses Evesham.device (note the capital letter E, device names are case sensitive).

But it also gives you a bootable DH0 spanning the whole drive if it is not yet partitioned.

Nice one Thomas. I stand corrected....

@ OP

At least you should be able to set up the Hard Drive using HD Toolbox by changing the software tool type.

Thanks for replying the thing is with this hard drive there is a DHO partion i can format it but can't partion it HD Toolbox doesn't show and am using Kickstart 3.1,someone did have the install disk they did put it on the zone but that was last year

I had two ADFs sitting on my PC HD, not sure what the original archive name was (or where that file is), but I zipped them up and uploaded to The Zone.

found this user he did put the install disk on the Zone but that was last year i think files are only on there for about thirty days

just saw this, sorry i was late - i dont come here often recently because of work being too busy

i was going to ask, does yours have any ram in it that works - could you get a photo of the dip switches and the ram model number

i need to scan the manual still
