The Frontier intro is also very good. I wish we could play frontier with this engine.

Smile

We first off let me start by saying a big thanks for all the positive comments.

My name is Mat, I am the creator of the animations you are referring to here. I have also created the Desert Dreams disk 1 intro recently with music remixed by Chris Crusher.

I have been hard at work on the 5 disc epic demo 'Odyssey' which we are about half way through our first draft. Somebody mentioned Blood Money as a good one to do but I don't recall it. I'll have to break out Winuae and check it out.

If anyone has any suggestions on other classic amiga intros or demos (not dotballs and cubes as they don't really translate to raytracing very well ) please let me know.

Again, another big thanks to all who posted here. It was just the sort of 'kick up the inspiration' i needed to get back on the horse and get going again (things have been a little slow on the 3D front lately).

If anyone has any questions regarding the animations or how they are created i would be happy to answer them.

Regards,

Mat (prefim) Recardo.

Punto, Uno... ones a number the other is something phalic... and they sound similar...

AND cars bore me unless there a Dodge Viper (circa 95-99) with a grafted V10 under the hood... that kinda works for me...

punto's uno's.... well i'v seen fish and chips that had more-a distinction....

Well believe it or not, that is my current vehicle! and before you start taking the mic, its going soon!

The Car was photographed and modelled in Lightwave and the background plate was made up of about 7 photos of my local Aldi carpark!

I'm taking a good look at epic and beast 2. Both were favourites back in the day when my amiga was my main machine (i used to have the 060-50 board for it as I used lightwave on the amiga originally.).

Recently I went on an ebay bender and purchased every old computer i owned. This consisted of zx81, spectrum, spectrum+, spectrum+2a, Amiga 500 and Amiga 1200. I don't count PC's in the same light as there isnt one make (just not the same these days!)

I don't think so. I do have a pretty severe spam filter though so it may have gotten caught in that. Appologies for that but if you send it again, I'll keep an eye out. What was the subject line?
