Besides the usual disk "fun & games" (protect / unprotect) I select all the ships and type "go"; screen goes black and that's it. Am using 1MB Chip.

...and I think I read you need to use a 4th blank extended disk also at some point (so your game disk doesn't get overwritten), is that correct?

Have time on my hands these days so decided to revisit this...

After reading the entire thread again, I've decided not to use any disk versions but use WHDLoad as:

This .HDF is:

a) Self-booting.

No Workbench files or Kickstarts ROMs were used or harmed during the process, therefore it's safe to attach

You should use an A1200 expanded configuration.

i spent more time to find out how to start a level, than playing the game,
it's not the best shooter, or i'm just bad with it. thanks for your effort

hint: you have to select a crewman and a weapon, and type in GO.

thx, i use it in similar config like main os 3.9 config and it works!
i also downloaded flink, another world lost level and overdrive.

Not sure what to say... Works fine here; music / sound fx throughout the intro / game

Ok, can replicated this...

Under "Filter" you have scaling set as "Default".

I never use this as things get distorted; change to "No Scaling" and it will be fixed

To be honest I haven't played this for more than 2 minutes; shite game really

...but I chose the 1st pilot, then the 1st / 4th / 5th weapons.

thx, and you're right. this really plays like i shitty game! this game is very buggy indeed.
somehow i managed getting stuck between the battle boat and left border of screen!
