I think the point I am getting at is best demonstrated by the three screenshots below. How would you rank/score them by progress? You might be able to work it out by the enemies on screen in the first and last shot, but what about the second one?

We'd specify unique landmarks for every stage and show them in the first post.
Then you'd have to pause your game at these specific points and take a pic.

For almost 10 years I've been thinking about voting for SotB. I'm pretty sure it's had the odd vote previously (although SotB 2 seems to be better thought of).

It is SO core to Amiga's heritage that we must play it at some point.
