Favourite Turrican 2 Track

Apollogies if this has been done before (did search).

Well as the title i was just wondering what is your favourite Turrican 2 track? (assuming you don't hate them all).

Mine (aside from the opening title track that is just loaded with nostalgia for me) is [ Show youtube player ]

Traps is probably my favorite too, although I do like [ Show youtube player ] also. It's the riff 40 seconds in I like.

I have to admit I never memorized the names of the tracks

However, my favourite is probably the one playing in the second level... love that tune.

Concerto is Chris Huelbeck's best music piece i think he's ever done in fact. The tunes from this game are so damn good i think even CH himself must wonder how he did sometimes

Actually make that joint with T2's title music

The Final Challenge (level 5-2).

Good remix: http://amigaremix.com/listen/115/Cir...05%20Remix.mp3 and at 11 minutes in Chris Hülsbeck's Turrican Medley.

Hm, I don't have a favorite, more a top three of tracks I like more than others.

- W4L1 (don't know the name, on the Turrican soundtrack its half of "walker factory")

- the music playing after you beat the game. Its actually quite a sad tune to a happy ending, puts a lump in my throat. It also plays at the end of the Turrican medley track mentioned by john4p.

- the alien level 'music'. It ain't actually music, but it gave me the chills nonetheless which makes it very effective for that otherwise unfitting level!

That's "The Wall" and "Freedom". They're among my favorites, too. Along with the title track and "Traps" (level 1-2) they complete my top 5 T2 tracks.

Yeah!, Just been flicking through Turrican tracks on youtube and ended up on a ST version of Traps Was the ST's sound really that bad? I had one back in the day and can't remember them being that bad.

Edit: maybe 'bad' is a bit harsh... Aquired taste i suppose - just sounds horrible to me!

Level 1-1 has always been my favourite, obviously I prefer the Amiga version but the ST one is well worth checking out too:
