No Sound in Ascii Attack ?
I downloaded ASCII ATTACK from scene.org ( https://files.scene.org/view/mirrors...sciiAttack.lha ) and Pouet.net ( http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=61687 ).
Using WinUAE and FS-UAE I can get no sound !  I found a video on Youtube with sound : [ Show youtube player ]  Any idea on how to make it work ?

I also tried Aminet ( http://ukscifi.net/A/AmiNet/demo/intro/ ) and Amiscene ( ftp://ftp.amigascne.org/pub/amiga/Gr...sciiAttack.lha ) both 040 and standard exes.
It just don't want to play the music. |

The demo requires the library "playsid.library", add playsid.library it to your system or the demo folder and the audio will work

I downloaded V1.2, renamed the file, had it in the Libs folder and it worked !

When I ran this, the audio worked, but there was an ugly grey border around the main area - is that meant to happen? It's not in the video.

You will have some problems in the WinUAE configuration or in the system, try a standard Workbench (just add playsid.library) and a default configuration from the Quickstart and you'll see that it works well without problems, then maybe you make comparisons to find out the cause of your problem
