Deuteros artist Jai Redman

Curious... I wonder if this is the very same Jai Redman: http://jairedman.blogspot.com/

who did the graphics for Deuteros back in the days.
Always had the greatest respect for that guy, the graphics are just so atmospheric, organic and giger'ish.

yes, this was one of my favorites too I'ld like to mention the superb sound effects as well. added a lot to the atmosphere... And I guess this was the first game I bought the original.

Seriously, I was about to do that

Maybe we should do somesort of interview, we could put on hol or lemon?

I for one would be very eager to know about Ian Bird, who seemed to have disappeared from the face of earth pretty much after millennia altered destinies.

What did you ask him and what did he reply

Nothing beats that sound when you bring up your spaceship parts.

I just asked him if it was him, when he said yes I pointed him towards this thread and told him about HOL so hopefully he'll make an appearance here.

I am always in for such things. But I suspect the interview would be along the following lines:

"yes a friend was a programmer for some computer, asked if I could help him with the graphics... drawing on a tablet was interesting experience, never did it again"
