Request for MaxTrax Conversion MM3

Is there someone who would be willing to convert the Amiga "Might and Magic III" mxtx/mx files to midi for me? If possible, I would like the midi to retain individual channels (even if that means muting all the channels but one and making one midi for each channel). I'm not sure how the mxtx format is, but if it is possible to preserve velocity and panning information, that would be a plus.

I am not looking for directions on how to do this myself, I am looking for someone to do it for me. I am willing to pay a few dollars for someone's time, if they PM me their PP address after this is done (or if they would rather me support the website with a donation, I am willing to do that).
