A Home For My Amiga Games

I can no longer keep my boxed Amiga originals and so am looking for a home for these games.

I'm giving them away free - but there's a catch. At the moment they are stored in France, near Perpignan. Next week a family friend who has a removal business will be bringing them back with him to the UK (he'll be down that way anyway). The games are currently in about 12 medium to large sized boxes.

They were originally to go to SPS but they are unable to take them at the moment, so I'd like whomever takes them to be an SPS contributor.

Also, he will be going on the ferry and through Kent so I'll like to have them dropped off close to there.

So is there anyone who wants the games and can receive them? It may also be a possibility that they are stored and someone travels to pick them up. A French EAB member could also maybe pick them up from France if they live in the south.

Here is the list. Repeats means that I've got more than one of the same game. Unless I've listed a budget version in brackets they should all be full price releases. Note that I can't guarantee that the disks still work!

I've got no room for them and my parents are selling their house soon so they don't need the hassle of storing them. I also hardly ever have access to them and in recent years have tended towards less hoarding and portable computing instead of large tower case beasts.

I have kept a couple of precious games, like Civ, Ultima VI, Paradroid 90 and Wings but there are still some rare titles in there e.g. R-Type 2.

Also, there might be a few more that I didn't find e.g. I do have Romantic Encounters At The Dome somewhere.

I had a reasonable collection of originals back in the day but the bulk were collected through auctions and at second hand shops. Some years ago before Yahoo Auctions disappeared there were lots of Amiga games with little interest so I snapped up various collections then. I got a fair few from a second hand game shop in Portsmouth and one in the north of London some time ago.

So some games were owned by others before and may not be in top condition!
