AmigaOS / Workbench Licence Question
I'm not sure how the licencing works for Amigas that have long since lost their Workbench disks.
For example, if I wanted to sell an A500 that no longer has it's Workbench floppies but has a Gotek fitted, would it be illegal to sell it with ADFs of Workbench 1.3? I guess the question is, does the licence for the copy of Workbench sold with the machine reside with the machine itself or is it associated with the original media? I don't want to be breaking any rules! |

Illegal ? Nah
CopyWrong Infringement --- Maybe A copy of Amiga Forever (or their disks) would cover you, if worried. |

The licence came with the machine, so if you're selling it, the licence goes with the machine. It's a different story if you were including a version other than that which came with the computer in the first place of course, but that's not the case.

OK great, it would be with the version that came with it so seems I am all good. Thanks.
