Send a message via ICQ to Predseda
I would like to finally install all those add-ons I bought in recent years for my Amigas. Furia, Goex, Solas, scandoublers, ROMs, etc., etc.

Looks like I'm the least mature person here. But I'd love to salvage a working Amiga from the old ones (from eBay some years back as well as BITD) - AFAIR the A600 doesn't get past a white screen, the A1200 doesn't load anything and the A500 loads naff-all

That looks like a pretty good goal to me

I'm going to figure out how to get a nice clean1066x600 screenmode on my Voodoos. I know I had it working with a Radeon on DVI output at one point. 800x480 is just too big and 1280x720 is a little too small.

18 Months ago I got my main A1200(Blizzard 060) out of storage and got it back to a reliable and safe condition with a few upgrades on the way. While I was doing that I found a enough bits to contemplate building a second machine which I finished just before Christmas. Need to look at cosmetics now, the poor girl is quite yellow, maybe once that is done an 030 card to replace the 8Mb expansion card. Would love a Microbotics MBX1230 as this was my first major purchase after getting a A1200

Looks like 'learn to use Scorpion Engine well' is getting added to the list.

I've lots and lots of half finished Amiga Hardware projects and I want to do at least one.
  • 2x maximum pimped out A4000s (060, Picasso IV, Ethernet, 256MB RAM) that I took to bits to clean, replace the PSU fans and IDE hard drives with CF adapters. I took them to bits and that was 4-5 years ago. If I don't put them back together soon I'll loose bits (if I've not already). One is a very rare A4000-CR
  • An A600 which needs to be recapped. It has a NOS case and keyboard from Vesalia, an A601, indivision ECS and 64MByte A630 from icomp all in boxes waiting for it to be recapped.
  • A stock CDTV which needs the following installing : a RGB2HDMI v2 board + TF536 & 2.35 ROM + SCSI card (needs soldering) + RAM card emulator. Also a black CDTV 1084s that stopped working which I took apart and couldn't diagnose. I think it needs a new LOPT fitting.
  • A stock CD32 which has a SX32 MK2 that needs fitting and IDE->CF adapter + card adding.
  • An Apollo A4040 that I wanted to convert to A4060 I have all the parts (socket, voltage regulator, ROM) just never started.
  • A Cyberstorm MKIII that needs the 060 socket replacing (very hard job)
  • An A3640 rev 3.2 that has been recapped and has the GALs for the speedgeek statemachine mod.
  • Countless others

Getting a Gotek system sorted ASAP is essential, an emergency even. All the games I really wanted to play do not load or I have lost the disks.

Get the video signal colours out of my 1200 balanced.
Have at least 1 Amiga out on a desk permanently.
More writing and exploring of the creative applications of Amiga.
Scan the Cinema 4D manual.
