Help with Apollo 1200 Expansion

A few days ago I obtained an Apollo 1200 SCSI+RAM Expansion (from ACT Elektronik) for an Amiga 1200.
Unfortunately I don't have the user manual and I cannot see if the jumper settings are ok.
Can somebody help me with a copy of the user manual or does somebody know the meaning of all the jumpers on the board?

It is silked screened onto the corner of the board!!

Code:
  J1   J2  | Size
-----+-----+-------
 off | off | 0 MiB
 off | on  | 1 MiB
 on  | off | 4 MiB
 on  | on  | 2/8 MiB

J3 = SCSI on/off
