"MiggyMouse" PS/2 mouse adapter bundled with brand new optical mouse.

I'm selling these on Ebay and Ebid, I've put the links in the appropriate section. These adapters support 2 wheel and 5 button mice, and come with a FREE brand new boxed optical mouse, priced cheaper than the others on Ebay and you don't even get a free mouse with those.

Does this adapter support USB-mice with a PS/2 adapter?

Kind of stupid question maybe, but is it possible to buy this adapter without a mouse, to lower price even more?

no reason it shouldn't, but beware that pure usb mice won't work.. they need to support the ps/2 protocol.. Mice that do usually come with a usb->ps/2 connector adapter..

Although the mice are good quality, I bought a lot of them so got them very cheaply, so I can't do much cheaper on the adapter by itself.

£19 + P&P is the best I can do.

Regarding USB mice, depends on the model, some support PS/2, some don't. The device has only been tested with PS/2 mice, and has passed all tests.
