Brand new CD32
I purchased two CD32s, brand new & decided I no longer need or want the spare one. It was taken out of the box after purchase, tested & put back in the box, that's it.
For now I'm hoping to swap with someone who lives near me, so I'll not be too specific about what I want to trade for. If there is anyone in or near Canberra, Australia who'd like to offer me something Amiga-related for this, please make your offer PZ. |

I'd quite like this I think. I'll offer two koala's and a dingo. Oh shit I live in the UK! Damn!

But neither of those items are Amiga-related!
*EDIT* - It should be noted that I will consider posting, just hoping for a nice & easy local trade Last edited by Fingerlickin_B; 20 May 2008 at 04:17. |

I am definitely interested. Is it a PAL or NTSC CD32? Steve. |

It's NTSC. It also looks like I have secured a nice trade locally, but I will advise here if that changes. PZ. |

I'm still after a SECAM one (i.e. a french one) with RGB out.
I'd be happy with a loan of one so I can work out how to modify mine. The RGB out I hacked onto the testport of mine sucks! |

Zetro, My dear friend You are right, The Composite / S-Video outputs load(s) the circuit & must be disconnected In order to use the unbuffered RGB Outputs available near the ROM. |

I did my homework when I did the mod. Still dunno what's wrong. The brightness levels are not right and there is a bit of ringing.

Still a lot though for an 030, I suppose they are rare. I like my CD32 & use it a lot but couldn't justify spending that much.
Hope yours works OK Alex, You will put us out of our misery one day All the best |

Maybe... the spare CD32 I want to test it with first (rather than my main one) is in a box at the bottom of a pile of boxes, behind another pile of boxes.

what crazy aussie would buy an NTSC CD32 let alone 2 of them?
I own 9 and they are all PAL and before anyone goes barking down the road of why I have so many consider this: in many auctions over the many years most people insisted on selling HW with there SW... So, in order to collect some SW it was also neccessary to purchase the HW... nodnod |
