Is P96refresh obsolete?

While experimenting with new settings since updating to 4.1.0 I'm getting errors from p96refresh from multiple different configs changes. Before trying to isolate exactly which changes brakes it, I have to ask: Is it obsolete? It does not seem to be included in later releases.

Edit: Correction, I was mistaken about what p96-tool is missing from later releases, it was Picasso96fix, p96_uae_tweak and rtg.library. p96refresh is still included. Which leads to second question; of the programs listed here: https://www.vware.at/winuaehelp/AmigaPrograms.html, are all that are missing from latest release obsolete?

p96refresh has not been updated to use "modern" interface and only works if ROM panel UAE ROM setting is "F0". (and it also seems to be broken in UAE side, will be fixed in next version)

Mousehack is built-in (gameports panel virtual mouse driver).

Clipboard support is also built-in (option in misc panel)

uae.audio is still valid.

I am not familiar enough with other tools, I haven't written them and/or used them. They are made before I worked with WinUAE.
