Lost partitions on winuae ide and real amiga

Hi. I have been playing about trying to get my perfect workbench, not using classic wb but installing many programs as I did in the old days except on cf card which is sfs file system and has been working great. Anyway im finally getting there but have run into a snag and I'm not sure why. Its on a 32gb card that worked fine in use and real Amiga, with classic wb installed

When loading on winuae as a uae controller everything is fine but if I switch to ide or put the card in my 1200 dh1: upwards are not shown in workbench although they are listed in early boot, hdtools and check 4gb.

I have noticed under uae controller the SCSI device is as intended its v43-45 but under ide it magically changes to default of 37.64, its never done this with previous installs of classic wb when I have updated my SCSI device.

Any ideas?
