Desoldering a PLCC 84 pin through

Does anyone know how to desolder a PLCC 84 pin through?
I used a vaccum with heat, I put flux, and different other things
but it seems this plcc is very strong.
Unfortunately I don't have heating plate or any other equipment

I actually get the socket plastic hot enough to prise/pull the plastic housing off the pins... then manually desolder/remove the pins. I have also physically removed the housing plastic to get to the pins for desoldering, which is something along the lines of .. https://exxosforum.co.uk/atari/last/removal/index.htm

Ultimately, the aim is to minimize any damage/stress to the PCB thru-holes & traces leading from them, and keeping board heat to a minimum ~ both methods achieve that goal.

I pump or vacuum the solder out, then apply moderate heat with a hot air workstation in a circular motion while gently pulling the socket out.

Decades ago i've used very thin razor blade to separate pad from IC leg. Nowadays you are using hot air with dedicated nozzle. For large ground area you may need also pre heater.
