Ah thanks capehorn for the interesting story. The five speed gearbox and tyres are all you need to get in front quicker. Never buy the tuneup or waste money on the scanner. I thought you'd like this game. Oh well, looks like its Superfrog next.

edit: Graham doesnt carry a sig, he has won two rounds somehow, and his rank is #8.

To Mihcaels shop-problem:
For me, Crazy Cars 3 didnt run correctly with older UAE-versions, parts of foreground graphics and text was missing (on Mihcaels shop-picture, notice the lonely 40000 which would be the price of the auto-5-gearbox).

Note: My correct display was in FS-UAE 2.3.12dev, config Amiga 1200 (68020), "Accurate" speed, 2 MB Chip, 16 MB Zorro 3 Mem, WHDLoad.

Only a few days to go and don't forget - the winner of this round gets to choose an additional game to play in round two with whatever settings they desire. The only caveat is that it has to be a game that's suitable for the competition and it still has to be within the rules of the competition also.

So anyone who is winning or thinks they might win, please let us know what you would like to play ASAP and certainly before the round ends this weekend. If the eventual winner hasn't named their game, then the second-placed player will get their choice instead... so don't leave it too long

Last go for me. Better score but I still feel I could have done better - I got less money than I did before, and I could have hit a few more cones. But overall I have really enjoyed firing this up again.

Last day of the round folks! Be good to see a late EAB burst

Don't forget if anyone beats who's score today, they will be in charge of picking a game of their choice for round two so please PM one of the mods (me, mihcael, Biscuit or Lifeschool - but I probably won't be around tonight) as soon as you can after getting your score...

Probably my last go. Was getting fed up of the usual formula and tried a few times with the cheap tuneup. Left it for a week and then bottled it on this run, I knew I wouldn't get another shot! Have enjoyed this round, look forward to the lifeschool vid & review =)
