Yes, there is no way around it, but I think my best bet will be to use "Default Refresh Rate", "Double Buffering" and "Low Latency VS, 50/60Hz" - my audio comes directly from the monitor's headphone socket and through the HDMI from the PC, so there is a cut-off during the change, but it's not too bad. At least this way the pitch and tempo would be maintained.
