Turrican 1 was released as NTSC Amiga version. And as you expect, just with faster gameplay and music.

Okay, hopefully they'll at least play the music at normal speed then for this port.

Yeah they said bog. Just some clips of Turricans and a few soundbites. No actual "more info"

I just saw the tiny tiny bit during the Gamescom livestream... That's not what I call a reveal. Still, epic revamped Turrican 2 title music playing so it was a goosebumps moment anyway

Obviously they sell different real Mega Drive (Mega Turrican) and SNES cartridges (Super Turrican) too. Well something for the collectors. Nothing for me.

I wouldn't worry about this one selling out on any platform as the prices are ridiculous. I'm gonna pass on these - was hoping for a new game.

I'm tempted for the collector's edition, and I don't have either a PS4, a switch or a blu ray reader

Has anyone ordered anything from Strictly Limited before? Do they take the payment in advance or when it is shipped?

Same here. What a stupid mechanic.
Also, the concept of "lives" is ancient and for a modern "exploratory" game unneeded. Just let the people play as long as they want without the need to start all over again.
Or make if "rogue like" by having to start all over again if dead every time.

This weird inbetween shit is really just bad game design in anything but an arcade game.

and @ threads topic and its conclusion: lol.

In advance.

I am one of the "mugs" who has decided to go for this. I have a Switch Lite and I'll enjoy playing it on there, and I've never tried some of the console versions.

It is a bit overpriced, but... it occurred to me that when I played the original games they were brought to me by the power of X-Copy and so I have never actually paid my dues for what is one of my favourite games of all time. It'd be interesting to hear if some of the people moaning about this actually paid for the original games back in the day.

Tried playing the first one last night via whdload on m CD32 TF330 but just get a black screen like quite a few games, think that means it doesn't like the 030?

That doesn't sound right - it works fine on my A500 with the TF536 and my 1200 with an ACA1233 (both 030 cards).

The point of WHD Load is that games work across different configs so it sounds like there might be something wrong with your set up.

I will have to delve into it further, found quite a few games just black screen. It was a pre done image that came with the TF330. I did download a newer whdload so will get that installed and look for some new slaves cheers
