Yes, an OCS only bug.
Also WHDLoad version suffer of this but probably no one use it on OCS..
It's a patch that can be inapplicable in some situations.
Fortunately, for how sprites are used in the game, in this case it works and there is a precise point in which to intervene.
In the end it is a matter of changing/inserting a copper MOVE but it is less banal than it seems.
But now is no more a problem
