I would say an rf modulator of some sorts...
or an ancient bnc lan adaptor of some sorts... and stop using imagesuck

It appears to be a Parallel Port -> BNC Lan adapter

I think we threw something similar away at my work not long ago.. but it was made by Genius. Nice Commodore one though
