I contact

I need some information to complete some information for the HOL and have run into a wall. Perhaps some of the EAB crew might be able to help. Here is the list:

In Seenot
Anyone know anything about this German game? I have:
1994/Bakcm Software/ECS and title translated is "In Distress".
Resolved

In The Shadow Of Time
Was this adventure game from Shadow Elks ever finished/published?
Resolved
Never completed; only demo available. Thx Amigaboy.

Insanity Fight Construction Set
Listed here (misspelled), but it's the only place I have ever seen it mentioned. Is this real?
Resolved

Insluitertje
199?/Amigazette - anyone?
Resolved

Interstate - The Game
1991/American Dream
Resolved

Invataxi
1997/Sheep Art
Resolved

IQ Test / IQ Test 2
1989 and 1990, respectively.
Resolved unless IQ Test 1 exists...

Iron Hand
1987/Canvas Software/Software Creations

Island of Dr. Brain
On the Amiga?

It's A Frog's Life
From Arcana; never released. Any more info on this title?

It's the Pits - A Bold Miner's Slaughter
1995/Dark Unicorn/Psychosoft
Resolved

Inspektor Griffu
What's the genre on this? I couldn't get the adf to the actual game portion (past the map overview)?

In Seenot: PD text adventure. Company name sounds weird, but it is correct.

Insanity Fight Construction Set: Commercial release.

Insluitertje: Tron game from the Netherlands. Anyone speaking Flemish?

Interstate - The Game: PD card game with cars

Invataxi: PD game. The developers used to have a webpage. Don't know if it is still there.

IQ Test 2: Scene game. I don't think there is a Test 1.

Happy About Insluitertje

...That game is from a Dutch magazine called Amigazette?
I have never seen or read this magazine (it wasn't sold at the newsagents), but I recall from my contacts in the past it was a disc-magazine with only PD-games on it.
It is THE magazine I have been looking for since I was an active Amiga user a decade ago.

B.T.W. I speak Dutch which is a lot like Flemish.

It's the Pits: Indeed - the game is on BTTR. I forgot about it since it was handled by Bobic:

BTTR update: Sorry, don't know when it will take place. It delays due to serious personal matters of one of the members.

I'm a Belgian, from the Dutch speaking half of the country. Not to be pedantic, but Flemish as such does not exist as a language; the Flemish people speak Dutch. There is however quite a varied set of dialects, as well in Flanders as in Holland. Usually the specific regionalised Dutch spoken in Flanders is called Flemish, but - I repeat - it's not a language.

Anyway. Rant mode off.

"Insluitertje" comes from the verb "insluiten", which means "to close in". Someone closing someone else in could be called an "insluiter". The "-tje" is a diminitutive (?) suffix, in this case applied to the noun because it's a game. (See also "Galgje" etcetera).
