Hey there
I'm trying to run this game on winUAE 2.5.1:
Guyroux manager planete foot (1993)(domark)(fr)[cr interpol](disk 1 of2)(boot)
Everything goes well until the game asks to insert a non-write protected disk called 'Saison'.So far I've used the one provided:
Guyroux manager planete foot (1993)(domark)(fr)[cr interpol](disk 2 of2)(saison) and tried with a Standard Disk I made with winUAE (named it Saison) but no chance the game apparently gets stuck there, nothing happens.
The game is supposed to spend a long time creating a new game (30+ minutes).This really doesn't help and I've haven't figured out yet how to show leds so I'm not totally sure the game is stuck.I've waited up to an hour though.So annoying...
So right now I hope it's just something wrong with my configuration and that the adf isn't broken.I really could use some help, pretty please.
I'm a winUAE newbee, but I've managed to play some games (sensi soccer, stunt cars etc...) and Santa even got me a joystick for xmas

It is "native on-screen display"




If you press simultaneously on your keyboard End (Fin on French keyboards) and Pause, it will activate Winuae Warp Mode which is a sort of turbo mode (useful when loading or writing to disk for long periods). Do the same to de-activate it.

I did all that, saved the config and tested with some version of sensi soccer.

When I insert the requested second disk (non-write protected 'saison') in DF0 I get this message:
SYSTEM REQUEST
Error validating PROGRAM
Block 884 used twice - Retry/Cancel

I suppose its a faulty disk 2, use disk 2 from current TOSEC release.

OK, it's TOSEC - DAT Pack - Complete (1996) (TOSEC-v2012-09-15)
Full pack (all dats from all branches + scripts) on tosecdev.org, right ?

Get access to the zone or EAB fileserver and grab the working disk 2.

Outstanding !!!! It's working indeed.
Thank you so much guys.And it took less than 10 minutes to load, with the Warp Mode actually off Had a quick look at the game and saved with the ingame option.
Winuae is amazing software really.
I've redownloaded disk 2 and kepping it somewhere else on my hd, just in case
Now I'm thinking of using the Winuae save game option in Miscellaneous.Not sure how it works.I guess I just have to hit Save state when I want to save, but how to go when I want to Load state ?
Disk 1 in DF0, Disk 2 in DF1 - Load state(point to directory) - click Start ? Come on, it can't be that easy... Sorry I'm just afraid to break something

You can even just load the state without putting the disks in the drives (at least virtually ). Just try to load the save state right away and be amazed
