Box and Poster Scans

Has anyone got or can anyone do me some high-res (300dpi min) scans of amiga boxes or posters (any posters will do whether they are from inside game boxes or from magazines)?

I want to try something

thanks

Think my scanner died a few months ago but I'll try to resurrect it over the next few days and get some to you.

You could use the few scans that are in the SPS releases.

They look good and a single dvd box can hold a few disks etc and for larger games bigger boxes are available.

They also take up a lot less room than the retail boxes, great for those members who have original games w/out the box etc...

I thought there'd be more interest.. oh well

It looks very nice bippym - but for me even DVD boxes take up too much space...

I have quite a lot of boxes scanned at 300dpi (and a lot of boxes that I can scan) - only problem is the 300dpi scans are big. Were there any games in particular that you were after?

with the scans from the SPS collection I'd still love to see a Windows/Mac front end (like Gamebase) use the scans to display 3D boxes in a window as part of the information (and the user could then rotate/zoom the box etc. to see what the original box art looked like ).

True dvd boxes do take space but they take a lot less space than most the current boxes!

I'm not looking for anything in particular.

PM me if you want me to do you some scans. I'm sure I've got a few original boxes still in the loft!
