A source for 100-pin A500 expansion connectors
Perhaps things have changed? But it used to be these had to be slaughtered from old computers, effectively putting a stop to new (external) A500 expansions.
Credits for this information goes to "Mr. Andersson" Get them at Dig-Key (their part no. 745-100-520-206-ND) Or from other sources using EDAC "CONN PRESSFIT 100POS DUAL .100" Now someone make a thousand nice and tiny CF-IDE+RAM expansions for A500. Pleease Imagine slapping one of these into the side of your A500 and you have an A600HD+Fastram, but with less hassle! Last edited by Photon; 06 August 2013 at 19:51. |
