Commodore shop in Rome, Italy!
While on the bus in Rome a couple of months ago, my eye caught something at first I couldn't believe. It was a shop with a quite prominent Commodore sign. I felt kind of weird and all nostalgic of course, so I decided to go back.
The owner was extremely friendly, in a busy day too. The shop of course does not sell CBM machines any more... Here's the video I made, with English subtitles: (got a bit carried away, but hey...!) http://www..com/files/4494...taly.part1.rar http://www..com/files/4494...taly.part2.rar It's on [ Show youtube player ] too, but I've put some extra bits and photos here, and the quality of course is higher. If you are aware of similar shops and signs, then let it be known! Last edited by wanderer; 24 February 2011 at 03:00. |

Awesome Next time I'm in Rome, I'll go there too
I'd love to find more shops which still carry proudly the Commodore sign... and maybe with some good hardware bits still in the warehouse |
