Possible, yes, we should then maybe ask some users with 68040 if they have the same problem

Its not the slave that needs patching if theres a problem its the emu. As long as the game works on all REAL Amigas, thats all that matters. Its upto the emu to get more accurate if theres an issue. And to be honest, there are very few that dont work in winuae as it is.

020 Cycle exact is probably the best mode to ensure exact compatability but its still experimental its self (as in not quite exact at the moment) so anything not working with it now im sure will be fixed as the emulation evolves. Nothing needs to be done on the whd side.

Only setting I generaly need to play with is that fast bliter option. Weird how success rate of game displaying gfx properly is larger whenblitter mode is set to fast(less compatible) especially with the scene demos. I have it on and only dissable the option for the few things that dont like fast option.

Thanks, Psygore.

With ExpChip as the sole extra tooltype, no more glitches are to be noticed for me under exact-cycled WinUAE running the 3.9 OS for both games.

And by the way, if dlfrsilver & Retro-Nerd can confirm the glitches are gone, that would tend to prove that this was a memory related issue, nothing to do with owning a 030 instead of a 020 INMHO.
