Light Racer

If requesting this makes me a bad man then delete this thread because I don't want legal wranglings with AndreasM Esquire.

This game appeared on Amiga Future 62, and was previously unreleased. I believe it is 3 disks but I can't be sure as I've not seen it

I'm not sure on the legal status of this now, the levelone webpage says (in german) the downloads will be free but they never appeared on the site.
http://www.l-e-v-e-l-o-n-e.com/

Also, the WHDLoad readme says:
Thanks to Alex Piko for disk images & A.Eberl for freeware status

So the question is, can these be shared (it's not even in HOL) or is it confined to a disk with a very small circulation.

So if it is freeware, give it to me! If isn't, what's the point of liberating something just to conceal it once again

at this moment the game is exclusiv on the Amiga Future.

when the issue selling out (1 copie on stock ) we make is some time later avaible on the amiga future page...

the game are not freeware. they would it make in some time make for free download. free download and freeware are not the same...

Can you explain this a bit better?

He probably has an agreement that the title can be distributed for free but it can only be distributed by ACP&TCP/AmigaFuture.

freeware = every can spread the software

for free download = you can download the software from any place (example devleoper page or any page what have a licence) but dont make avaible on other places.

example makecd. you can download a free key for makecd on the devloper page. but the developer dont like that the key release on other pages...

Thanks for explanation.

So it's up to us to contact developer and ask for permission to include his game in KG's packs.

AndreasM,
why do you think developer made his game available for free? Why WHDLoad install?

some developer make his software for free download but dont would be have that other pages or people spread his work without her permission.
