Bundesliga Manager Professional - extra disks

I was recently flipping through a book about the '100 best Amiga games' published by the Amiga Joker and came across their review of Bundesliga Manager Professional. It said that in addition to the 'third floppy disk' (which contains all the in-game goal-scenes), there are several more disks with more unique scenes which can be ordered from Software 2000. Can anyone confirm the existence of such disks and does anyone maybe even have one?

I only know of two Editor Disks from Software 2000, that are a Goal Scene Editor Disk and a Team Editor Disk ! I should have both of them original, I´ll have a look for them at the weekend

There was also this, but I'm not really sure what it is. In the US, a supporter is something worn in the crotch area...
