There was some speech to translate to german? And what was translated on cover? Sorry, my german is worse than english.

According to cover only the manual is in German. Freely translated: German language manual on insert. The auction states disc is sealed.

Yes and that would be interpetted as: German speech manual on insert. I don't believe the manual will speak to you upon reading it
