Testing os3.9

Hey guys

Want to test out os3.9. I have my HD all set up to use about 20gig of partitions in workbench 3.1 after changing settings and using sfs.

If I install os3.9 does this already have large HD support or do I have to change anything.

Cheers guys

Make an OS 3.9 emergency disk, then boot from that disk. This way you can test OS 3.9 even without installing it.

Yes, after you booted from the emergency disk, large disk support is active.

thomas thanks Did what you said, liked it and installed it. With a stock A1200 apart from 8meg of fast it runs damn well. After install, changed colours down to 8 it has 1.8meg chip and 6.8 meg of fastram left. Happy with that. Dont notice any speed difference from 3.1 with newicons.
