Yes, but you need to switch to a 50 Hz desktop video mode first.

So, using a 60hz LED TV, I will never get a perfect Vsync, because Amiga always works at 50hz, is that it?

for NTSC games it will be. for PAL you should try to set your pc/raspi/whatever to a 50hz output

So I ask you, if someone uses a 60Hz monitor, will no one get a perfect vsync? in short, will everyone using 60hz have bad vsync?

I have a ´19 inch monitor that works at 50hz and Vsync is wonderful, but on the TV in the ´55 inch room that is 60hz so I will never get Vsync from my ´19 (50hz) monitor?

In the case of pal 50hz Applications or games: yes.

You can not sync one monitor to another.
If a Monitor or TV only accepts 60hz input you are out of luck. I guess windowed modes are the remaining choice then.

Yes, you need a 50 Hz capable monitor or TV for perfectly smooth PAL modes. Only NTSC modes will be smooth at 60 Hz. This regardless if you run the emulator full screen or windowed. Running windowed mode on a 60 Hz display will not "fix" anything. A number of games and demos on the Amiga were unfortunately designed to use PAL only.

For 50 Hz support, I think your best bet is using the 1080p or 720p modes on the host machine since they tend to be more often supported if any are, but to complicate things, even if these video modes are available and announced to use 50 Hz, the monitor may still actually use 60 Hz and simply add extra frames and then things get choppy anyway. This is how my monitor works... One can check if the video mode is true 50 Hz by configuring the display settings for 50 Hz and then visiting this site: https://www.vsynctester.com/ The flashing text "VSYNC" should look "grey" and not frequently turn red or cyan and the scrolling should be smooth.

You are right.
But with a windowed mode at 50hz at least the emulation should be running at the right speed.
