Hi
I dont have the 1200 mediator....I have the 4000 mediator (I've used 2 different ones and have the same effect)

Usually when I reset the system (3 finger or crash)....my voodoo card disappears next boot. I've tracked it down to something to do with the pc (atx) power supply I use. If I turn off the power point.....and discharge any residual energy in the Amiga then power back on all is well. The original power supply for both the a4k and a1200 use a mechanical switch that physically disconnects the system thus allowing all stored energy to dissipate. This also sometimes fixes mischief crashes that resets don't fix btw

Obviously this may not be your fix/problem...but what power supply are you using? Also it doesnt solve my issue with the normal reset and voodoo disappearing

Hope that is of some help...

@ voyager_1701e

thanks for the tip, sounds familiar indeed. My PSU is an AT unit, think 300w and meter showing it's pretty steady at 12v and 5v. I've got a ton of old AT psu's & will try them out as soon as I dig them out of my parents place.
