All CF cards are not created Equal

I just received my CF adapter and cable and tried 2 different CF cards. HDTools see the CF as SCSI but when I go to read the config from the CF card it says type 7 not recognised. I assume this means it wont recognise my CF card.

So for the A1200 NOT all CF's are the same.

What CF cards will work

There is an HDToolbox patch to fix this. How to you patch hdtoolbox?

Thanks

Scandisk Ultra are pretty, just make sure you get a genuine one!

Also don't go too big, 8 GB should be more than enough for most people. I use a 16 GB drive but that's because I'm a bit strange
