WinUAE on Windows 7 via VMPlayer
Hello Toni and all. I have Windows 7 running under VMPlayer and got Amikit installed and running BUT the pointer jumps all over the place so can not really do much I am sure it is not WinUAEs' problem but just wondering what kind of problem you are having Toni as I know you are running WinUAE on Windows 7.
Thanks ! |

Why do you think there are ANY problems with running Win7 on non-emulated real hardware?
I also use Win7 x64 since the early 7000 build and never ever had any problems with WinUAE. On the other hand, "emulating" the newest OS is ASKING for problems. |

Nope, no problems here now on W7, no problems when I was using Vista.
Like I said, you're problems are more likely emulation (virtualization) related and have nothing to do with WinUAE. WinUAE takes too much CPU power and it's normal that emulating an emulator on an emulator is slow. |
