Arrow Relokick 1.4a giving different result

Hi there. I usually use Relokick 1.4a by Galahad of Fairlight as supplied by Cloanto on a regular basis with my A1200. Since this week it has been giving an error, Corrupted boot screen and df0: reads are not dos disk. I've re-written the Relokick disk from a read file I made which was working and no change. I haven't found (or sought yet) a download link from Mike at Cloanto for the extras pack including Relokick. Would this be a hardware problem or is Relokick somehow broken? Pics attached.

My system is A1200 ACA 1231 3.1 rom OS3.9 pfs3 16GB CF FZ-357 fdd.

I've re-downloaded the original relokick 1.4a and written it and verified. Same result. Fdd is ok on WB 3.9.

may it's a bit overkill, try to re-seat/clean the contacts of the accelerator card.

The ACA 1231 has reserved memory at some early address for kickrom mapping. Relokick loads the kickstart @ 00C0000 address. Maybe conflicting? I'll try reseating the card though.

Didn't work with aca 1221lc either. I think it must be the ACA cards have 1mb preserved memory allocated for rom functions and that's where relokick is sending it's file causing a conflict. I could try a Blizzard 1230 IV, DKB Cobra or a straight 8mb ram card but I really like the ACA 1231 card. It's beautiful to use. I really only use Relokick to test ocs adf's ,on a real machine and are an issue for people online. It's a nice thing to do but whatever.
