From the English language page:

Quote:
What WorkbenchOS is an operating system (abbreviated OS in Inglese OS), That is the GNU / Linux for Linux and Linux for Linux, or for Linux, for Linux, Linux, and Linux for Linux .
Hahahahaha i cannot stop laughing!

John

EDIT: Ahhh wait, I think google translate had done something to it before I selected the English version. It isn't doing it now - still, was so funny. Yeah if you google translate first, and *then* select English, you get the funny funny.

Sorry, but watching that video I can't know what kind of docks it is using, or anything. I'm sure that it isn't designed to run in a real miggy, that's why I ask what system it is designed for: Windows/Linux, what. I can actually get something similar (please don't compare a miggy against a PC) with real hardware/software as my AKReal version does.

So I'm just interested to know if it uses Linux or what.

It is Linux, based on PCLinuxOS or Debian Stable, it is using a theme'd mate desktop.
Disclaimer: i haven't tryed it myself, i only read it on the website. The Dock is looking like Plank Dock or cairo-dock.

Don't bother downloading it, it's rubbish as a Amiga OS!
The 64 bit version is SolydXK which is Debian testing and KDE with a Workbench type theme and a few backdrops, that's it. There isn't even an emulator installed that I can see or anything to do with the Amiga apart from a few themed backdrops.
Could be useful if you wanted a new Linux install with Amiga backdrops but that's all it is.
