Yeah, that's a stock photo of the AGA 4000D - I didn't have a picture of mine handy - sorry.

Now I am jealous....., at the Indivision.
Amigakit out of stock But that Battery cancer does not look good at all , I got a Cyberstorm Mk II, but would LOVE a MK III. BTW, what did the MK III give, over the MK II ? (Apart from Ultrawide SCSI). |

The CS3 looks familiar! What kind of RAM could I use in my CS3? I would like 128Mbs too. Also did you experience any fitting problems with the Indievision AGA? Thinking of getting one of these. |

CS3 memory
I put in EDO 72pin SIMMs, 60ns. Pretty much stock PS/2 SIMMs that I got in a mixed bag. I bought 256MB of them and hand-picked the ones I thought would go well together.
No fitting problems with the AGA - it went in smoothly and worked first try, even after flashing the firmware on it. I'm running the HghGFX HD720 monitor driver with it without problems. |

It looks ugly, but there's not much damage beyond the surface - it didn't impact any nearby chips. I'm hoping I got all the acid neutralized and it's not still digging around in there.
Accelerator is up and running - only showing 96MB right now for some reason, so I probably have to re-open it up and reseat a SIMM. Getting the right 68060 libs in place isn't well documented, but I managed it after a few fumbles. |

Thanks - I'll see what I can do with the pics...
Waiting on a network card now from AmigaKit - it's probably held up by the airline problems coming out of the UK. |

Another Phase 5 money shot, plus my odd-lot of SIMMs.

Thanks for the info CodeSlave9000. Have fun with your CS! I am still waiting for my new 060 chip (mine was knackered on my CS). Hope it all works when I nail it together!
